Worldwide Prayer Gatherings Will Resume
by SENAA International

SENAA International will be hosting a series of weekly Worldwide Prayer Gatherings beginning Monday evening, 27 October 2014 to pray for an end to harassment and livestock impoundment at Black Mesa, Arizona.

What Is a Worldwide Prayer Gathering?

Though the specific details may vary from one support group to another, and from one geographical location to another, the essential concept remains the same.

A Worldwide Prayer Gathering is not so much a physical gathering into one physical location as it is the spiritual gathering of individuals and groups from around the world who are of one mind and one accord into one spiritual place for a common purpose, which is to ask for the Creator's help to bring about the circumstances that will accomplish our common goal according to His promise.

Since there are 24 time zones, being the middle of the night on one side of the earth while it is noon on the opposite side of the planet, beginning the Worldwide Prayer Gathering simultaneously would be very difficult for some to do.

So, as an alternative, the Prayer Gathering will begin at the appointed time (see the proposed schedule below) in the time zone in which each participant lives. This will have a wave effect, sweeping around the world similar to knocking over a circle of dominoes. As the first time zone finishes its first hour of prayer, the second time zone begins. As the second time zone ends its first hour of prayer, the third time zone begins its prayers, and so on around the world. This will continue until the closing of the appointed time in the last time zone. In this way, each time zone will take care of itself, and ideally our prayers will continue, unceasing, for a full 24-hour period without anyone's having to stay up all night, and without having to be concerned with calculating prayer time based on a time zone halfway around the world.

The Purpose of the Prayer Gatherings:

The first Worldwide Prayer Gatherings will focus on the recent impoundment of Dine'h (Navajo) sheep in the Black Mesa (Big Mountain) area and their safe return to their rightful owners; and for an end to the harassment of Dine'h residents by BIA / BLM / "Hopi Tribe" agents.

Please forgive the short notice, but since time is crucial in determining the fate of the confiscated sheep and will mean the difference between the owner's recovering their sheep and permanently losing them to outside buyers, our prayers should begin as soon as possible.

The Proposed Schedule:

On Monday evening, 27 October 2014, from 19:00 hours (7:00 PM) to 21:00 hours (9:00 PM), SENAA International will resume its Worldwide Prayer Gatherings on a weekly basis to evoke Creator's help for the North, Central, and South American Indigenous First Nations. SENAA International invites people of all nations and spiritual paths to participate. Everyone is welcome.

Subsequent Worldwide Prayer Gatherings:

After the initial Worldwide Prayer Gathering on 27 October 2014, the next prayer gathering will be held on Sunday, 02 November 2014, from 14:00 to 16:00 (2:00 to 4:00 PM). Thereafter, Prayer Gatherings will be held each Sunday afternoon from 14:00 to 16:00 hours (2:00 to 4:00 PM).

Suggestions For Effective Prayers:

This Worldwide Prayer Gathering will be comprised of people around the world with different spiritual beliefs and different methods of prayer. It is probably more accurate to say that there will be as many ways to pray as there are participants. Each of us has our unique way of approaching the Creator. For that reason, SENAA International would never presume to tell anyone how to pray. However, for our prayers to be effective there are two important things to remember regarding the content of our prayers. These two components have always been included in the prayers of SENAA International, and they have never failed.

The first important component is faith. Faith is not believing that the Creator CAN answer your prayers, it is knowing beyond doubt that He WILL.

The second important component is claiming the Creator's promise.

According to the Holy Bible, the Creator made a promise to us concerning prayers from groups of two or more people.

Matthew, Chapter 18, verses 19 and 20 (Matthew 18:19-20 KJV) reads:

"Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.
"For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them."

New International Version: "Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them."

The phrase "gathered together" applies to a gathering of minds as much as it does to a gathering of physical bodies. Although, physically speaking, there are thousands of miles between us, in a real sense, as we prepare for, and during, the coming Worldwide Prayer Gatherings, we are coming together physically and mentally. The Internet allows us to be physically and mentally connected through our computers and the electronic signals that they generate. The promise that the Creator made applies to us just as surely as if we were gathered together in the same building.

When we pray, claim the Creator's promise and know that He will honor that promise.

Everyone, regardless of race, ethnic background, or spiritual path, is welcome and urged to participate. SENAA International makes no judgements of anyone based on spiritual beliefs or practices, and we welcome and are grateful for the added spiritual energy of all who wish to participate. Prayer is a powerful tool.

To everyone who participates in the Worldwide Prayer Gatherings, thank you.
